While we make every attempt to get your shipment to you as soon as possible, once items are shipped, ZeeBerry.com cannot take responsibility for delays in deliveries by the United States Postal Service. Items lost during shipping are subject to the USPS claims and tracking system.

Duty and taxes may be payable on delivery by recipient.
Final-sale items, identified by a price ending in $.99, cannot be returned. Once placed, your order for these items cannot be canceled. Quantities are limited.
At ZeeBerry.com returns are free and you may return an item for up to one year after its purchase. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, clean, undamaged, and in new condition.

Step 1: Use the Contact Us form on our website to let us know your order number and reason for return. We will reply via email with a pre-paid address label attached as a PDF as well as a return/exchange form. Please be sure that you are able to receive emails from us by placing "zeeberry.com" on your email program's white list.
Step 2: Replace the product in the ORIGINAL (or similar) PACKAGING and ship back with our return/exchange form to ZeeBerry.com using the pre-paid address label.
You will receive your full refund within 6 weeks of receipt.
