Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 business days for processing your order after your order is placed for your order to shipped.
If for any reason we cannot process your order, you will be contacted so that we can correct the issue. Common issues are if you have ordered an item that is out of stock, or if we are unable to process your credit card.
While we make every attempt to get your shipment to you as soon as possible, once items are shipped, ZeeBerry.com cannot take responsibility for delays in deliveries by the United States Postal Service. Items lost during shipping are subject to the USPS claims and tracking sytem.

International:
USPS Express Mail International shipping (Due to possible delays in customs we cannot predict shipping times)
Over $250: FREE
Over $150: $15
Under $150: $25
Duty and taxes may be payable on delivery by recipient.

Final-sale items, identified by a price ending in $.99, cannot be returned. Once placed, your order for these item cannot be cancelled. Quantities are limited.
ZeeBerry.com does not charge for returns. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, clean, undamaged, and in new condition.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Within 30 days of receipt: Use the Contact Us form on our website to let us know your order number and reason for return. We will reply via email with a pre-paid address label attached as a PDF. Please be sure that you are able to receive emails from us by placing "zeeberry.com" on your email program's white list.
Step 2: Replace the product in the ORIGINAL (or similar) PACKAGING and ship back to ZeeBerry.com using the pre-paid address label.
You will receive your full refund within 6 weeks of receipt.
